Netherlands vs Brazil who will prevail?

This afternoon world cup first quater-finals at the Nelson Mandela Bay stadium in Port Elizabeth between the Netherlands and Brazil is one not to be missed even by those who hates football.

The Dutch team have in their ranks talented players like Arjen Robben (picture), Robin Van Persie from Arsenal and Wesley Sneijder from Inter Milan who can make the difference tonight not to forget about Dirk Kuyt from Liverpool FC. Tonight we will see the real Holland team and the best they can produce. They have to and not contain themselves like they did against Slovakia. This is Brazil and whether you come at them or net they still come at you and will score goals.

Five times winner of the world cup of football Brazil, will just have to do what they do best playing samba with the ball and scoring goals and i am sure they will do just that. With the terrific partnership of Melo and Gilberto in midfield i think they’ve got what it takes to overcome Holland.

Robinho and Kaka will be in the rendez vous and i am sure we’ll be electrified by their game just as it happens against Chile.

This game between the two looks like it’s going to be one of the match to remember at this world cup of football as both team are committed to attack. Well the Dutch team i hope won’t be mesmerized by the brazilian game and put in some technics of their own with the likes of Arjen Robben and Robin Van Persie the Arsenal forward who has been shy so far.

Key turning point for the Dutch: free kicks and counter attack

Key turning point for the Brazilian: dominating the game and link up play between Robinho and Kaka.

Final score: 1-3 for BRAZIL

Thanks for follwing me and see you in the next edition. C.D 🙂
